Warranty Information


Your Bespoke comes with a 2 year warranty against factory assembly, component, and manufacturing defects. Anomalies caused by accidental impact, accident, work performed outside our authorized service centers or the use of non-original components are not covered by our warranty.

There is an opportunity to purchase an extended warranty providing a full 5 year of protection.

Extend your warranty

EXTEND YOUR WARRANTY

We offer a BespokeCare extended warranty for those that wish to protect their investment. If you purchase BespokeCare at time of purchase, you pay a one time fee of $100.00 and your coverage will extend an additional 3 years, to give you a total of 5 years of warranty.

If you miss your chance at initial purchase, you can still get BespokeCare within the first 6 months after your purchase date for $150.00, just contact us at [email protected]. You will still get the same level of care and your warranty will extend to 5 years from the date you purchased your Bespoke watch.

You must be the original purchaser of the watch in order to extend your warranty. This warranty covers against factory assembly, component, and manufacturing defects. It does not cover issues that arise due to improper maintenance, improper use, shock, or trauma of any kind to the watch inflicted by the user, or the environment. Anomalies caused by accidental impact, accident, work performed outside our authorized service centers or the use of non-original components are not covered by our warranty.

If you lose your warranty card, just provide us with your watch serial number, style number, your name, and date of purchase and we will authenticate it.
